If you use Juno then take a look at their Privacy and Security and take a close look at 2.5 as this is really scary. This basically allows Juno to run their programs on your computer, they can insist that you leave the computer on 24hours and that if you don't dial up to send email they can initiate phone calls themselves FROM your computer to theirs! I'd seriously consider using something else if at all possible (although what I don't know as I am in the uk but NetZero may be of use see netzero for more information. Saturday, April 14, 2001
Found a funny and gross cartoon of a frog in a blender. You can control the speed of the blender. For each speed he gives a different insult. The World (or at least America) has gone crazy. A husband and wife have sued McDonalds after she didn't eat a burger correctly, the pickle fell out and burnt her lip. Well I got my self assessment tax return for the year 2000-2001. The Inland Revenue don't hang around (apart from when they owe YOU money!). This all happened as my previous company don't know how to do their job properly or do their PAYE accounts properly :-( AND it doesn't look like you can download or order on cd rom the software to do the returns on the computer for free like you used to :-( Saturday, April 07, 2001

Farewell Chutney! Its official - we had to sign over Chutney today. Unfortunately she's been sick a lot and her stomach just can't cope with the amount of food that she insists on eating. The food alternative was too expensive as we have to feed the three cats the same and we didn't feel it was fair to her or Frankie and Winston. So we had to make the hard decision to give her back to the RSPCA. BUT the good news is that she already has a new home!! Tuesday, April 03, 2001
